JUDr. Oto Ryneš, Jr.

Independent attorney registered at the Czech Bar Association since 2016. Experience extending mainly to the real estate sector, civil law, and business consulting. Graduate of Charles University Law School with studies abroad in the USA, Germany and New Zealand.

Primary focus on real estate law, contract law, and dispute resolution. Assisting clients with property purchases and sales, legal pre-checks and full due diligence, drafting and reviewing lease agreements, attorney escrow, investment-related legal advice, and contract negotiations.When needed, cooperating with trusted professionals such as notaries, tax advisors, real estate agents, certified experts, accountants, and bankers to ensure smooth and reliable transactions.

Based in Prague and the Šumava National Park region.

Legal services are typically billed at CZK 2,500/hour + VAT (approx. €100/hour + VAT). Estimated costs are always discussed with clients in advance.

Meetings are held online on MS Teams/Zoom or in Prague 6 Office.
